Step 1:

After receiving your uploaded pictures, we will arrange professional designers to draw simple lines for you and customize your own simple paintings.

Step 2:

We will adjust the customized color according to your color requirements and make sure that your order requirements are not missed, such as adding text.

Step 3:

We will send you a proof of the product to your email for design confirmation before we start creating your custom piece.

Step 4:

After confirmation, we will embroider your design on the product of your choice!

1. Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your furry (or non-furry) friend’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see.

2. A head-on shot is preferred – Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including both ears. If only half of your pet’s face is showing, only half of its face will be on your product!

3. Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.

Absolutely! We like to encourage our customers to upload pictures of pets, humans, cars, and even logos, too! 

Most of our one-of-a-kind products take several business days to be produced. (Custom Blankets can take an extra 5 days to produce).

Once produced, we ship our orders through USPS or UPS within the continental US. Shipping times can vary between 3-5 business days (we’re currently seeing 8-10 business days) and international shipping times vary depending on the destination. For international orders, it could take up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on the destination.

Please Note: Holiday delivery may vary depending on our holiday volume and the custom nature of our products. Look out for updates on holiday turnaround times. We encourage customers to place their orders ahead of time to ensure there aren’t any delivery issues.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged because they have been personalized.

After placing an order, we will start the order customization process immediately. Therefore, once the order is placed, we can no longer support changes to the customized information, eg. Size or color.

If it is indeed our mistake, we will absolutely fix the problem immediately for you and re-send you a new product.

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds in this situation. Please understand that customized products are with your exclusive customized information. Once sold, they cannot be sold again. We appreciate your understanding!
